As one of India’s leading natural gas trading companies, we play a pivotal role as the Largest Demand Aggregator in Gujarat.

The State of Gujarat has a robust Natural Gas Based Economy with natural gas making up approximately 25% of Gujarat’s energy mix1 compared to the national average of around 6.5%2, thus making Gujarat the largest natural gas consuming state in India. Gujarat also houses approx. 62% of India’s LNG Terminal Capacity with operational LNG Receiving and Regasification Terminals at Dahej, Hazira, Mundra and Chhara (76% in terms of total capacity utilization as of Jan’26).

Our gas trading portfolio is built on deep market expertise, strong supplier relationships, volumes linked to multiple indices and a customer-centric approach. With an extensive footprint across domestic and international gas markets, apart from complementing captive demand arising from our City Gas Distribution Business and captive power plants, we also enable seamless sourcing and delivery of natural gas to various customers in key sectors such as power generation, fertilizers, refineries, city gas distribution (CGD), petrochemicals, and large industrial areas. The company has been successful in utilizing the regasification capacity reserved in the LNG receiving terminals in the State, and has imported over 475 cargoes independently at these terminals since 2009.

We offer end-to-end gas trading solutions through a diversified portfolio that includes Domestic Natural Gas sourced from Indian E&P Blocks, Imported LNG through long-term contracts and spot cargoes as well as sourcing of Natural Gas through energy trading platforms such as India Gas Exchange. Our diversified and robust sourcing framework ensures supply reliability, competitive pricing, and risk mitigation, even during periods of market volatility.

During FY 25-26, we have procured a total of 30 LNG Cargos from various international suppliers under various long-term and spot LNG procurement contracts in the year. During FY 25-26, our natural gas trading volume stood at around 10.3 MMSCMD making us one of the largest gas trading companies in India.
